Welcome to the Neurodivergent Runner Chronicles, a series where I’ll share a personal story or insight each week about how being neurodivergent influences my running journey. Each post explores some of the unique challenges I face as an autistic and ADHD individual, and the strategies I use to overcome them. My goal is to provide insight and support for other neurodivergent individuals navigating their own fitness journeys, because sport can be incredibly beneficial and empowering for both mental and physical health.
